With a varied caseload and opportunities for ongoing training and mentoring, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, developing new skills and delivering high-quality clinical care.Your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality nursing care to hospitalised and surgical patientsAssisting veterinarians with consultations, procedures and treatmentsAnaesthetic monitoring and peri-operative patient careSurgical preparation, patient recovery and monitoringPerforming routine nursing procedures and administering medicationsCollecting and processing laboratory samplesMaintaining accurate patient recordsProviding friendly, professional client communication and educationMaintaining high standards of hygiene, infection control and clinical careCleaning,



restocking and maintaining equipment and clinical areasRotating across reception duties as part of our nursing teamSupporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinicAbout youWe are looking for someone who:Has at least one year of clinical experience in a veterinary settingHolds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or an equivalent qualificationHas a genuine passion for animal welfare and high standards of patient careHas good animal-handling and patient-care skillsIs keen to develop their skills in surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoringCommunicates openly and professionally with clients and colleaguesIs organised, reliable and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environmentDemonstrates initiative and enjoys working collaborativelyIs enthusiastic about learning, upskilling and contributing to a positive team cultureWe are opened to receiving applications from Trainee Vet Nurses who has in-clinic experience.We value attitude, teamwork and a willingness to learn just as much as clinical ability.
