The team has a robust national presence and advises on significant property transactions and developments across the retail, industrial and mixed-use sectors.The RoleYou will work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:Commercial, retail and industrial leasingDrafting and negotiating leases and associated property documentationAdvising landlords, tenants, developers and institutional investorsProperty acquisitions and disposalsProperty development and management mattersSupporting major real estate transactions and projectsYou will gain exposure to sophisticated clients and transactions while working alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative,



commercially focused environment.About YouYou will have:2–4 years' post-admission experience in property or real estate lawStrong experience in commercial leasing, ideally across a broad range of mattersExcellent drafting skills and strong attention to detailA commercial, client-focused approachStrong communication and relationship management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a teamA genuine interest in developing your career within a leading real estate practiceWhy Apply?
