Project PlannerFull-Time Permanent Opportunity through Red AppointmentsAre you an experienced Project Planner with a background delivering complex Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects?
Red Appointments is seeking a skilled planning professional to join a major project team, where you will be responsible for developing and controlling programme schedules, analysing project performance, forecasting resources and providing critical planning expertise that supports successful project delivery.This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project, collaborating with key stakeholders across engineering, construction and project management functions while influencing project outcomes from planning through to completion.The position is predominantly site-based, working closely with project delivery teams, with occasional attendance at the company's Melbourne office as required.
(Both located in north-eastern suburbs).
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectBuild programmes from first principles, including WBS, logic links and milestonesMonitor critical path activities and identify schedule risksDevelop recovery programmes and assess schedule impactsProduce progress reports, dashboards, S-curves and look-ahead programmesDevelop resource-loaded schedules and forecast workforce requirementsFacilitate planning workshops and programme review meetingsProvide schedule analysis and recommendations to support project deliveryEngage with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Teams and subcontractors to ensure programme accuracy and project alignmentAbout YouDegree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Planning or a related disciplineProven experience as a Project Planner on Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 infrastructure, civil,
