4Mile has teamed up with a respected organisation who have been rescuing and caring for native animals for over 30 years with a mission to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same.We are currently looking formultiple customer service representativesto join our team based in our North Strathfield call centre which operates from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 9pm during weekends.
You will oversee basic enquires, registering, updating, and following up cases under the guidance of your Team Leader.WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:A robust customer focus and general knowledge about Australian Wildlife – do you know the difference between a microbat and a flying fox?
