We take pride in what we serve, support local and Australian suppliers wherever possible, and believe you can produce awesome food while still having fun at work.This is a hands-on kitchen role where you'll work alongside a great team, learn our proven systems and recipes, and help us deliver consistently great food to every customer.If you're reliable, fast on your feet, take pride in your work and love being part of a busy kitchen, we want to hear from you.What you'll be doingPreparing and cooking burgers, sides and other menu items to our recipes and standardsEnsuring every meal leaving the kitchen is fresh, consistent and presented properlyCompleting food preparation for serviceFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace safety proceduresKeeping your work area clean, organised and service-readyFollowing correct food storage,



stock rotation and waste proceduresWorking efficiently and calmly during busy service periodsCommunicating and working closely with the wider restaurant teamLearning our systems, processes and kitchen proceduresBringing a positive attitude and being willing to jump in wherever neededWhat we're looking forPrevious kitchen, cook or fast-paced food service experience preferredA genuine passion for producing great foodA positive, reliable and proactive attitudeAbility to work efficiently under pressureStrong attention to cleanliness, presentation and food qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and take feedbackFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekendsPride in doing things properly and consistentlyWhy work with us?
