Ourend to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.As the Site Maintenance Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our maintenance operations while ensuring accurate records, reporting and workforce documentation are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing and maintaining timesheets, rosters and personnel recordsCoordinating travel, flights and mobilisation requirementsRaising and managing purchase orders, job orders and invoicesSupporting maintenance scheduling and work order administrationData entry, document control and record managementAssisting site leadership with operational administration requirementsBuilding strong working relationships with site teams and key stakeholdersThe PersonA team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environmentsMinimum 1-2 years working experience in administrationExposure to maintenance, facilities management, construction,
