This is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming first impression for our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing the administrative functions that keep our practice running efficiently.
This role is essential to maintaining the professional standards and patient satisfaction that define our clinic.Key responsibilitiesGreeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcomed in a comfortable environmentManaging patient appointment bookings and scheduling, whilst maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsHandling patient inquiries via telephone, email and in person with professionalism and courtesyProcessing patient payments and managing billing transactions accuratelyMaintaining confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations and clinic policiesAssisting with patient registration and updating personal and medical informationSupporting the clinical team by preparing patient files and treatment notesManaging clinic inventory and restocking reception supplies as neededCoordinating with dentists and dental hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the dayAnswering general inquiries about dental procedures,
