Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding and optimising processes to continue Revolut's for hyper‐growth in New ZealandExecuting and scaling Recent Zealand operations,



working with the local Strategy & Operations team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks and air‐tight feature integrationsExploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quicklyProactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceStreamlining the standard operating procedure and continuously improving it to achieve maximum efficiencyManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial termsWhat you'll needA relevant bachelor's or master's degree3+ years of experience in a similar positionA solid track record of achievementExperience in a top tech company and/or startup, having quickly assumed responsibilitiesThe ability to break complex problems into smaller onesTo enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using SQL, Python, and/or ExcelTo be curious by nature and interested in making an impactExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute itBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
