The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and key responsibilities will include:
Managing and running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomyProviding strategic and commercially astute legal adviceConducting legal research and preparing detailed written adviceDrafting court documents, correspondence and submissionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsAssisting with business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers
The ideal candidate will have:




Approximately 1–7 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial litigation practiceExperience across commercial disputesStrong technical drafting and analytical skillsExcellent client management and communication abilitiesA commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a teamThe drive to progress their career within a leading practice
