disciplinary and grievance matters.Lead and support workplace investigations and case management.Coach leaders on people processes, policies and best practice.Drive employee lifecycle activities, including workforce planning, engagement and retention.Build strong stakeholder relationships across operational teams.Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.The Successful ApplicantProven experience supporting large workforces (500+ employees)Strong ER/IR capability, including performance, discipline and workplace investigationsAbility to influence and coach leaders in operational environmentsDegree-qualified HR professionalMining, industrial or complex multi-site experience highly regardedWhat's on Offer$135,000 - $145,000Key role within a large operational businessOpportunity to make a tangible impact on leaders and workforce outcomesPlease note: You must be based in, or willing to permanently relocate to, Mt Isa.
