You will lead the shift maintenance crew, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality maintenance across fixed plant assets on day shift.As a hands-on leader in a rapid-paced industrial environment, you will manage rostering, performance KPIs, and contractor coordination while driving continuous improvement and safer work practices.
