About the RoleWe are seeking some Casual Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care and support to residents across a variety of shifts — including weekday and weekend morning, afternoon, and night.Working collaboratively with the broader care team and under the guidance of senior clinical staff, you will ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents through clinical excellence, leadership, and effective documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to residentsCoordinate and supervise care staff, ensuring clinical standards are maintainedAdminister medications and maintain accurate and up-to-date medication recordsDevelop, implement,



and review care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary teamMonitor and respond to changes in residents' health statusEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legislative, and organisational policiesParticipate in quality improvement activities, clinical audits, and education sessionsPromote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for both residents and staffAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.Minimum 1 Year experience as an RNin aged care or health care settings.Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and care planning.Demonstrated leadership and the ability to supervise and support care staff.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of aged care standards, policies, and procedures.Current Police Check Record (or willingness to obtain).
Right to work in Australia.Available to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts (Monday to Sunday).
Experience in dementia care, palliative care, or chronic disease management (highly regarded).
Previous participation in quality improvement initiatives or clinical audits (advantageous).
