As our Client Support Officer, you'll be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed and valued throughout their journey.
Working closely with our internal teams, you'll build strong client & business relationships, manage enquiries and loan processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities
Building and maintaining robust client relationships.
Responding to client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Proactively following up on outstanding client matters.
Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems.
Assisting the team with loan processes and maintaining relationships with lenders,
builders and business apartments.
Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
About you
Experience in customer service, client relations or administration.
A natural people person who loves building relationships.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Proactive, motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
Confident using computer systems and learning new processes.
A team player who takes ownership and gets things done.
