Partnering Health Limited has an exciting opportunity for a General Practitionerto join the team based in East Barnwell Health Centre Cambridge.
You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis.
Contract - Permanent Hours - between 8.5 and 25.5 per weekAbout the General Practitioner role:As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, the post holder will provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management.
They will also provide a highly specialist resource to other healthcare staff, patients and carers and have active involvement in Clinical Governance/ Effectiveness activities.General Practitioner (GP) Skills & Experience:Provide appropriate medical leadershipProvide appropriate care and services to patients in all age ranges and level of health care needsMaintain clinical records either written or computer based in line with professional code and requirements utilising appropriate READ coding and other coding systemsLiaise with all relevant agencies and services to promote knowledge and awareness of the ServiceProvide appropriate health education and advice to patients and carers to enable self-management and choiceWork collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and the entire team to ensure that effective clinical governance is incorporated in the day-to-day practice in the Medical ServiceDevelop and maintain high levels of communication with patients and carers ensuring effective care deliveryGeneral Practitioner (GP) Skills & ExperienceAn experienced doctor with GP accreditationCurrent registration with GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice)Experience if working in urgent care setting such as A&E;, Walk in centresRecord of on-going CPD and learning MRCGP examination or equivalent experienceSound knowledge of clinical governanceEvidence of ability to maintain and monitor high standards of careEvidence of ability to direct and co-ordinate programmes of care working autonomously and collaboratively
