The role provides onsite and remote tech support to students and staff, with a focus on Microsoft 365, AV/collaboration systems and ongoing service improvements.You will help maintain classrooms and teaching spaces, deploy devices, and contribute to technology initiatives across campuses in Brighton, London or Essex.
A proactive, customer-centered approach is essential.
