smooth running events which exceed client expectations.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and serviceWork with the team to execute a variety of functions and events for our customersUnderstand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirementsProvide exceptional quality, consistent service throughout the eventAssist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by managementLead the team to work efficiently, ensuring perfect execution of the event from set up to pack downKEY QUALITIES:Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience a similar roleExcellent supportive and leadership skill setExposure to rostering and people developmentHave a strong customer service focusProfessional, upbeat and friendly personalityExceptional attention to detailPositive and flexible attitudeHighest level of presentation and grooming standardsFantastic people management skills and professional natureThe team at Catering HQ work hard to create a safe and inclusive environment for all, and most importantly, we're all about creating a more sociable future - for our customers and for each other.
