No two days are the same, with a mix of field service work, customer interaction and technical troubleshooting.Key responsibilities includeFault finding and repairing rainwater harvesting systems, pumps and associated equipmentConducting site inspections and quality assessmentsProviding technical guidance and support to operational teamsPreparing and organising equipment and materials for upcoming service jobsMaintaining accurate job records and communicating repair progressBuilding positive relationships with customers and resolving service and warranty enquiriesEnsuring compliance with safety standards,
