Through individualized, local, community-based support we remove barriers, increase life choices, and empower people to have meaningful relationships and connections.The Chance:We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Tumut.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Providing support in everyday daily activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationAbout you:Experience with disability and aged supportPosses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing supportHold current First aid/CPRManual handling experienceWhat we OfferFlexible shifts to suit your lifestyle,
