Free parkingAbout the roleAs a first point of contact for IT support, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Level 1 desktop support while taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.You'll thrive in a structured global environment where initiative, problem-solving and excellent customer service are highly valued.Your key responsibilities will be:Provide Level 1 desktop support to hundreds of end-usersSupport users face-to-face, on the phone and remotelyManage user accounts, onboarding and access requests to different systemsTroubleshoot issues across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and additional Hardware, Software and Applications.Assist with SOE deployments, upgrades, and project work (rollout, migrations,
