Most of your time will be on the road conducting routine inspections and running open homes, with support from our senior property manager.
It suits someone starting a career in property management or an experienced leasing person who prefers fieldwork to sitting at a desk.
This is a full-time, 38-hour position worked Tuesday to Saturday.
Because open homes often run in the afternoons and on Saturdays, you'll have every Monday off to balance the out-of-hours work.Key responsibilitiesCarry out routine inspections and write explicit, photo-supported reportsRun open homes and private viewings, including Saturdays and some afternoonsHelp prepare new listings (photos, property details, advertising copy)Process tenancy applications and help check and recommend applicantsComplete entry and exit condition reportsReport maintenance issues and follow up with tradespeopleProvide general admin and leasing support to the property management teamAbout youCurrent Queensland Registration Certificate (Property Management)
