SALES CONSULTANT – FLOORING & WINDOW FURNISHINGSAndersens Flooring Cairns is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted flooring brand, helping residential and commercial customers transform their spaces with quality flooring and window furnishing solutions.
From the initial customer consultation through to measuring, quoting, product selection and installation, you'll take ownership of the sales process and ensure every customer receives a professional, personalised experience.Key responsibilitiesManage residential and commercial sales across flooring and window furnishing rangesBuild strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, preferences and budgetsProvide expert product advice and recommend solutions that deliver quality, style and valueConduct in-home consultations, site visits, measuring and quotingRead and interpret building plans and prepare accurate quotationsFollow up on enquiries and quotes to convert opportunities into salesManage customer expectations and coordinate projects from sale through to installationMaintain communication with customers, installers, suppliers and the wider teamAchieve sales, conversion and margin targets while maintaining high service standardsTake ownership of your customers, your results and the overall customer experienceAbout youProven experience in sales,
