We're looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Melbourne, supporting customer Microsoft Cloud environments across Microsoft 365 and Azure.This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years' experience in an IT outsourcing environment, particularly across Microsoft technologies, who enjoys troubleshooting, solving customer challenges and continuing to build their technical capability.What you'll be doingSupport and proactively analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environmentsIdentify opportunities to improve performance, capacity, event and security monitoringTroubleshoot incidents and contribute to problem resolutionTake ownership of customer requests and incidents through to completeCollaborate with technical teams, presales and salesMentor and support lower-level support teamsWhat we're looking forAround 2 years' experience in an IT outsourcing environmentExperience supporting Microsoft technologiesExposure to M365 and AzureStrong troubleshooting and time-management skillsAbility to identify knowledge gaps and support continuous improvementExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfidence managing customer expectations and working in busy environmentsMicrosoft Cloud certifications or relevant IT qualifications are highly regardedFamiliarity with Microsoft support escalation processes,
