Since our establishment in ****, we have revolutionised the moving experience by simplifying how consumers connect to essential services such as electricity, gas, broadband, removals, cleaning, insurance, and more.We are proud to deliver a seamless, automated, and user-friendly experience to everyday movers across the globe.About the RoleWe are seeking a Frontline Sales Agents on a full-time permanent basis based in Docklands, VIC.As a Frontline Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience - responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling Movinghub's services while delivering tailored, customer-first solutions.Working with assigned leads, you will identify customer needs, recommend relevant products and services, and guide them through the moving journey using our integrated platform.This is a rapid-paced, target-driven sales role where success comes from your ability to build rapport, close deals, and consistently meet performance targets.Key Responsibilities include:Contacting customers via assigned leads and converting opportunities into salesAnalysing customer requirements and recommending suitable services and solutionsPromoting a range of services including utilities, broadband, removals, and insuranceProcessing customer orders accurately using CRM and internal systemsAdhering to all compliance and sales processesResolving customer issues effectively and efficientlyMaintaining high-quality,
