Primary ResponsibilitiesIgnite the Maintenance Team's motivation and inspiration, keeping the property humming with efficiencyForge strong partnerships with all departments on property to tackle challenges togetherBe the hero on call for emergency maintenance even beyond regular hours – handling power failures, fire system resets, and mechanical meltdownsEffective communication at all levels, from the General Manager,



to guests and contractors working onsiteSkills and ExperienceA natural leader with previous property maintenance experience within a strata / MLR operation (desired)The ability to be a team player with a adaptable approach to leading the Maintenance TeamConfident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation complianceA multitasking champion with an initiative-taking spirit, skilled in juggling multiple tasks and projects while keeping that preventative maintenance schedule in tip-top shapeFlexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
