Fulton Hogan is currently recruiting Road Maintenance Crew Members to join our team in Morwell.
These hands‐on roles will suit safety‐focused candidates with road maintenance, civil construction or asphalt experience who are comfortable working across multiple crews and undertaking a broad range of maintenance activities.What you will be doingCarrying out general road maintenance and minor civil worksCompleting asphalt repairs, pothole patching and bitumen worksInstalling and maintaining road signageOperating MR, HR or HC trucks, depending on licence classOperating Flocon trucks where appropriately experiencedLoading and unloading materials, tools and equipmentCompleting basic plant and equipment pre‐start checksWorking across multiple road maintenance crews as requiredFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresParticipating in an on‐call roster one week in every 10 weeks to attend and manage after‐hours call‐outsWhat will you need?
A valid MR Driver Licence at a minimumCurrent Traffic Management ticketsPrevious experience in road maintenance,



civil construction or asphalt worksThe ability to undertake physical labouring dutiesA current driver licence and reliable transportA strong understanding of workplace health and safetyExperience across multiple areas of road maintenance (highly regarded)Flocon truck operating experience (highly regarded)TMA truck or bump truck experience (advantageous)We encourage candidates with HC licences and experience in minor asphalt works, signage, Flocon operations and TMA trucks to apply.The pre‐employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.Looking for a company that places people at the heart of everything?
