The RoleWith exciting growth ahead, an opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Specialist to join the Perri Cutten team.Based in Malvern and reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our seasonal campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events and brand activations to life.
This position is ideal for someone who is creative and possesses strong organisational and execution skills.You will own the social media operations from end-to-end, partnering with the Brand Marketing Manager to create and shape the ongoing strategy.
You will have hands-on involvement across email marketing, influencer partnerships, events, campaign coordination, retail marketing and photoshoot execution, helping ensure Perri Cutten continues to deliver a premium experience across every customer touchpoint.This is a fantastic prospect to grow your marketing career within one of Australia's most iconic women's fashion brands.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Own social media content planning, scheduling, community engagement and brand-aligned content creationAttend and assist with photoshoots, capturing behind the scenes footage and supporting the creative teamExecute EDM campaigns, including building, approvals, testing, scheduling and performance insightsManage marketing invoices, budget tracking, competitor activity and reportingSupport influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, gifting programs and campaign reportingAssist with customer events, store openings, VIP nights, fashion showcases and brand activationsSupport seasonal campaigns, product launches,



asset coordination and marketing calendar managementWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the fashion or retail industryExperience coordinating events, activations or brand experiences preferred but not requiredExperience working with influencers, ambassadors or brand partnerships preferred but not requiredExperience or knowledge of fashion retail environmentsPassion for women's fashion and premium brandsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyA proactive, collaborative and solutions-driven approachWhy join us?
