your duties will include:Operating an excavator fitted with a pulverising attachmentOperating other mobile plant as requiredHandling and processing materials across the siteSupporting daily site operations to maintain productivity and efficiencyFollowing site safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environmentWhat we're looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience operating excavators and heavy mobile plantA valid excavator ticket or relevant recognised competencyExperience with pulverising attachments or similar equipment, highly regardedA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyThe ability to work confidently around heavy machinery in a busy industrial environmentReliability, punctuality and a proactive attitudeAvailability for the advertised Monday-to-Friday shift and overtime, including SaturdaysExperience in waste management, recycling, quarrying, civil construction or landfill operations will be highly regarded.If you're an experienced plant operator looking for competitive pay, consistent weekday hours, overtime and a genuine pathway to permanent employment, we'd like to hear from you.
