- Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Redbankand other areas across Brisbane QLD.You will:Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients' homes, including individual case management.Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients' health outcomes.Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.What You'll Need:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NurseRecent Experience in HaemodialysisAustralian Working RightsDemonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiativesWillingness to complete:Police CheckWorking with Children's CheckObtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
