Elderly Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic aged care team at Toowoomba Aged Care Residence.
This Casual role offers the prospect to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly residents, providing high-quality nursing care and supporting our commitment to person-centred care.What you'll be doingProviding comprehensive nursing care to our elderly residents, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of health conditionsAssessing and developing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each residentCollaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless and coordinated care deliveryMaintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, in accordance with regulatory requirementsActively contributing to the continuous improvement of our nursing practices and aged care servicesPromoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents, families,



and the broader care teamWhat we're looking forThe ability to work night shifts in accordance with the rosterCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Minimum of 2 years' experience in an aged care or similar healthcare settingStrong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment to person-centred care and a passion for improving the lives of the elderlyProficiency in relevant software applications and documentation processesWhat we offerAt Elderly Care, we are committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
