About the role!
You will work across litigation and dispute resolution matters from early advice through to negotiation, ADR and court steps, with senior support available as needed.
Draft pleadings, correspondence, briefs and court documents
Assist with dispute strategy,



evidence and hearing preparation
Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other parties
Attend conferences, mediations, directions hearings and court events as required
Manage deadlines, files and procedural requirements
Work across commercial and general civil dispute matters
What you'll bring!
2-5 years PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or a closely related area
Strong drafting, research and file management skillsConfidence dealing with clients and working to deadlines
A practical, commercially aware approach to disputes
Good attention to detail and clear communication
Admission as an Australian legal practitioner
