Reporting into Credit Leadership, you will play a key role in assessing and processing complex lending applications while supporting continuous improvement across credit operations.Key responsibilitiesAssess and submit consumer and business lending applications secured by residential propertyEvaluate complex credit scenarios and workshop deals with senior stakeholdersBuild solid relationships with brokers, sales teams and internal departmentsConduct detailed due diligence across all lending applicationsEnsure compliance with NCCP, AML/CTF and Privacy obligationsIdentify opportunities to improve credit processes and operational efficiencySupport reporting requirements and operational excellence initiativesSkills & ExperienceMinimum 10 years' experience in credit analysis,
