This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll be the authority on financial results, overseeing month-end close, management reporting, balance sheet integrity, and governance.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, external auditors, offshore finance teams, and brand finance partners to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls.
If you thrive in an autonomous environment and enjoy taking ownership of outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.DAY TO DAY YOU WILL...Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen financial controlsBuild solid relationships across finance, analytics, audit, and operational teamsPrepare monthly management accounts, board reports, and weekly trading actualsReview bank reconciliations, supplier and partner reconciliations, and ageing reportsPartner with internal finance teams on intercompany balances, accruals, and close timelinesAct as the primary finance contact for external audits and maintain supporting audit documentationMaintain close and reconciliation controls and elevate identified governance risks where requiredProvide accurate actuals reporting and explain financial movements at ledger level to stakeholdersOversee offshore accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including payment approvals, exception management, and query resolutionOwn the end-to-end monthly close process for World360 Rewards, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations,



and sign-offManage accounting for points liability, deferred revenue, fair value assessments, and breakage accounting in line with accounting policiesYOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...CA or CPA qualificationAdvanced Excel skillsExposure to Power BI or equivalent reporting tools5+ years' post-qualification experience in financial accountingExperience supporting and managing external audit requirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalentExposure to IFRS 15, deferred revenue, or breakage accountingDemonstrated ownership of a full month-end close and management reporting cycleProven ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without task-level directionWorking knowledge of ERP or ledger systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similarExperience overseeing outsourced or offshore finance processes such as AR/AP and bank reconciliationsStrong technical accounting knowledge, including accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue and liability recognitionExperience using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT while maintaining professional judgment and accuracyExperience within a loyalty program, financial services environment, subscription-based business, or other high-volume transactional environment is highly regardedWhat you'll Enjoy:Culture:
