We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive capital equipment sales and grow a dealership network across Western Australia.Our client is a privately owned business supplying a premium, Australian made range of capital equipment, including water tanks, customised tank solutions and industrial storage systems, to the mining, civil, agricultural and industrial sectors.This is a road-based role, with three to four days per week spent meeting recent clients face to face across WA.
A fully maintained company vehicle and all necessary tools are provided.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new capital equipment sales opportunities across WAConduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations three to four days per weekManage client relationships from initial enquiry through to installation and ongoing supportDevelop and expand the dealership network throughout the stateMaintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the CRMWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryKey Requirements:Proven experience in capital equipment sales or business developmentBackground in the mining, civil or industrial sectorsComfortable in a predominantly road-based role with regular face-to-face client meetingsStrong commercial acumen and a solution-focused approach to salesExcellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skillsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WAKnowledge of water infrastructure, fluid handling or mobile equipment is highly regarded but not essentialThis is an opportunity to represent a premium, Australian made product range and play a key role in developing the WA market.
