They're looking for a mid‐level lawyer to join their Sydney team.
You'll work alongside senior Partners on a varied mix of restructuring, insolvency and complex commercial disputes.
It's a hands‐on role where you'll run your own matters and build your profile.What you'll be doingActing on corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, both contentious and advisoryRunning complex commercial litigation from initial advice through to resolutionDrafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondenceTaking matters through the dispute resolution process with a good level of independenceWorking directly with corporate,
