As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the pulse of these vibrant hubs, ensuring that our 6.30am to 6.30pm operations provide the ultimate canvas for up to 145 children to thrive across multiple states.About You;As Our New Operations Manager You WillLead with purpose - mentor teams and empower Centre Managers to reach their full potentialDevelop and execute strategic plans tailored to each service, driving operational excellence and growthStrengthen family and community connections through effective communication and CRM engagementOversee service performance, including budgeting, forecasting,
