They're looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a small, collegiate team handling complex property damage and construction disputes.
You'll work closely with a senior lawyer on substantial, multi-party matters, and there's a clear path to progression.What you'll be doingAdvising on policy coverage for first-party and third-party liability claims arising from building, trade and construction lossesDefending complex multi-party property damage and liability claimsRunning subrogated and commercial recoveries,



from prospects advice and pre-litigation negotiations through to litigated actionsAdvising on indemnity under general liability and principal-arranged insurance policiesHandling public and occupiers' liability mattersActing for government bodies, major head contractors, national subcontractors and service providersWhat you'll bringSolid experience in insurance litigation, ideally in property damage, construction or general liabilityExperience with coverage disputes and/or recovery actionsStrong drafting, analytical and case management skillsThe confidence to run complex matters and manage client relationshipsAssociate or Senior Associate level experience (the title will reflect your experience)Why this roleHigh-quality, complex work on larger mattersA small, supportive team with a explicit path to progression
