As the Allied Health Team Leader your responsibilities will include:Manage the Allied Health team and ensure they are delivering goal-centred careWork with the Allied Health General Manager to generate new referralsPerformance appraisals of staffUndertake professional development initiativesAssist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staffManage a reduced adult disability caseloadWork from their office located in Penrith to attend team meetings,
