Our client is a highly respected professional services organisation with a strong presence across the Northern Victoria country region.
With a significant period of transformation underway, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to partner closely with the owners and lead the people side of that change.This role would suit a very experienced senior HR leader looking to step into a consulting capacity for 2-3 days per week, where your expertise will have genuine influence and lasting impact.
The role can be performed remotely, with in office visits required as needed and all travel and accommodation expenses covered.The roleReporting directly to the owners, you will be their trusted advisor on all things people and culture.
