Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking a Shift Manager for the night shift (12 Midnight - 8.30 AM), Tuesday to Saturday, to coordinate and control manufacturing processes and lead a high‐volume team.
This permanent role supports safety, quality and continuous improvement within Retail Ready Operations Australia.You will manage resources, drive accountability, and develop capability while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture in a fast-paced setting.
