Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Team LeaderAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Team Leader to join a well-established organisation based in the Albury/Wodonga region.Leading a small finance team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable and receivable function while identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance service delivery across the business.This role offers a combination of leadership responsibilities and hands-on involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing people while remaining close to the operational finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and support a small AP/AR teamOversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processesMonitor workloads and ensure deadlines are achievedManage reconciliations,



payment runs and debtor management activitiesResolve escalated supplier and customer enquiriesPartner with internal stakeholders across the businessSupport month-end activities and reporting requirementsIdentify and implement process improvement initiativesMaintain strong financial controls and compliance standardsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Senior AP position highly desirableStrong end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable knowledgeDemonstrated people leadership capabilityExperience using accounting or ERP systemsStrong Excel and reconciliation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProcess improvement mindset with robust attention to detailWhat's on Offer?
