The role involves managing quality assurance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading quality teams.Key responsibilitiesHandle TGA, HACCP, HALAL and other audits from regulatory bodies and clients' auditsEnsure that the organisation remains compliant with TGA requirementsPrepare and disseminate SOPs relating to quality assuranceSchedule and carry out training of all personnel in cGMP, and relevant SOPs and quality systemsLead and train the QA,



QC and Regulatory TeamsCarry out Supplier/Vendor Qualification for all starting materials (including Raw materials and Packaging materials)Manage Change control and DeviationsCarry out Product Validation (Process Validation, Test‐Method Validation, etc)Make Stability Testing Protocols and ensure products are tested as per the protocolsAbout youBachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmacy or similarAt least 4 years of full time work experience in the field of Quality Assurance at management level in a reputed pharmaceutical companySelf-motivated and able to work well under pressureTeam-player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalPositive attitude and self-starterHard working, organised, creative and passionate about working in a team environment
