Partnering closely with the Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team and Advisory Board, you will provide commercial insight, drive performance, support strategic decision-making and help shape the future direction of The Provedores.In addition to leading the finance function, you will play a key role in modernising systems, enhancing business intelligence and driving practical technology and AI initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial strategy,



planning and performance of the businessDeliver budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting excellenceProvide commercial advice and insights to support business growth and decision-makingEnsure robust governance, compliance, risk management and financial controlsPartner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability and efficiencyDrive digital transformation, automation and business intelligence initiativesOversee technology partnerships, IT governance and cybersecurity risk managementLead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance and credit team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementAbout YouYou are an accomplished finance executive who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
You are confident influencing at executive level, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping businesses grow sustainably.To be successful, you will bring:Significant senior finance leadership experience within a medium to large organisationPrevious experience as a CFO,



Head of Finance or similar executive finance leadership roleStrong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into resultsExpertise in financial planning, reporting, governance and complianceStrong understanding of Australian financial, tax and regulatory requirementsExperience working with Boards, Advisory Boards and executive stakeholdersDemonstrated capability in systems, reporting and digital transformation initiativesA team-oriented leadership style aligned to strong organisational valuesHighly regarded:Experience within wholesale distribution, foodservice, FMCG, logistics or supply chain sectorsExperience implementing technology, automation or AI-driven business improvementsWhy Join The Provedores?
