Operations Manager (Construction)MelbourneConstructionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Operations Manager to join a well-established property group entering a significant growth phase within the residential construction sector.With a solid pipeline of residential projects across metropolitan and regional locations, this is a senior delivery-focused leadership role overseeing construction performance across a mix of multi-unit residential, house & land and spec home projects.Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the construction delivery team while taking ownership of program, cost, quality, safety and operational performance.The OpportunityThis is a senior construction operations role requiring someone who has successfully delivered residential projects at scale.You will be responsible for:Leading Construction Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and construction support teamsDriving delivery across multi-unit residential, house & land and spec home projectsManaging site starts, build times, work in progress and completions across a large portfolioManaging construction budgets, cost-to-complete, variations and overall project performanceDriving trade capacity, subcontractor performance and procurementImproving construction systems, workflows, buildability and operational efficienciesMaintaining strong standards across quality, safety, compliance and customer outcomesWorking closely with internal development, sales, estimating, drafting and finance teams to support deliveryTaking commercial ownership across spec home projects, including feasibility, budget, program and marginAbout YouWe are looking for a seasoned residential construction operator with experience across:Multi-unit residential development – townhomes,
