This hands on, Full-Time position will operate & complete all aspects of Maintenance.
This is a hands-on roll, that will require you to complete the maintenance, as well as coordinate trades for different parts of the role.Duties IncludeComplete.
manage, schedule and coordinate the completion of maintenance work carried outPrepare and place orders with various suppliers throughout the course of constructionManage the inspection, validation and completion of the three (3)



month maintenance and general maintenance when requiredEnsure a secure working environment on all site following OHS & E practices;Ensure all contractors & suppliers confirm to the company's requirements with respect to insurance and other statutory requirementsEffectively ensure the client company relationship is maintained at all timesFollowing strict process and proceduresSkillsDisplay high level of professionalism, maturity & customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skills;Microsoft Office Suite skills including usage of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook;A sound knowledge of the volume home building industry in VictoriaHigh level of time management & organisational skills;Ability to multi-task & proactive approach to all tasks providedThe completion of trade qualification (preferred); andA current driver's license & ability to undertake travel as required
