We're growing, with a robust pipeline of commercial projects ahead, and we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join us in a significant appointment for the business.This is an opportunity for a proven construction leader who can take ownership of complex commercial projects, lead site teams and subcontractors, and play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the business.As Site Manager, you'll lead the delivery of commercial new build projects from commencement through to handover.
Working closely with the Project Manager and the wider project team, you'll make sure projects are delivered safely, on program, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
You will also have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within the business, contributing to a collaborative, solutions-focused environment where relationships, accountability and quality are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finishProvide strong leadership across site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholdersManage project programming, sequencing and site coordinationOversee procurement, subcontractor management and project resourcesIdentify and manage project risks, issues and opportunitiesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standardMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants,



subcontractors and project stakeholdersDrive quality assurance and ensure construction standards are consistently maintainedWork closely with the Project Manager and wider team to achieve successful project outcomesHelp build a positive, accountable and high-performing site cultureAbout YouYou're an established Site Manager with a solid commercial construction background and the leadership capability to take ownership of significant projects.You'll bring:Minimum 10 years' commercial construction experienceA strong track record delivering commercial new build and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects above the value of $50M.Experience managing complex projects from commencement through to completionStrong leadership and subcontractor management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementA sound understanding of construction processes, regulations and quality standardsThe ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentumA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detailA genuine desire to contribute to the wider success of the businessWhy Sarah Constructions?
