You'll oversee local campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that drive acquisition.




You'll also partner with regional leadership and global marketing team members to make sure every move we make resonates and performs.What you'll be doingDefining and executing full-funnel Australia marketing plans, including growth channels, demand generation campaigns, and executive engagementsIdentifying user needs by deeply understanding Revolut Business customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insightsLeading local marketing activations, ranging from case study creation to customer speaking engagements and community meetupsPartnering with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams for assets that drive demand from local enterprisesTracking, measuring, and communicating programme results and day-to-day market performance to senior leadership, continually optimising for efficiency and scaleRunning experiments to test hypotheses, and analysing campaign insights that inform the go-to-market strategyDelivering campaigns with a bias towards growth and business impactWhat you'll need4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record as a successful growth marketing managerA startup/performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing,



and owned channels into an engine of growthIn-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in Australia, covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnershipsAn understanding or experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technologyAdvanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth driversGreat organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, budget/ROI, and time constraintsAn interest in Revolut Business' mission and fintech in generalA demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and product developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNice to haveAn understanding of the payments, fintech, and/or e-commerce industries, and partner ecosystemsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
