You'll present the fund's strategy and structure to prospective investors, guide them and their advisers through application and onboarding and keep your pipeline moving toward our asset-raising targets.What are the benefits?

Presenting the fund's strategy, structure and eligibility requirements to prospective investorsManaging each opportunity from enquiry through to completed investmentWorking with investors, accountants, trustees, administrators and other professional stakeholdersCoordinating the registration and administration of shares or units with internal and external partiesKeeping CRM records and deal-flow pipelines accurate and up to dateReporting to management on investor activity, pipeline progress, conversion rates and expected capital inflowsResponding to enquiries from existing investors and their advisersBuilding trusted relationships that give investors confidence in the fund and encourage them to recommend itWhat are we looking for?
Ideally: exposure in investor relations, property, funds management, wealth management, financial advice or a similar investor-facing roleA track record of converting enquiries into completed salesConfidence presenting investment strategy and structure to investors and qualified advisersExperience working with accountants, trustees, administrators or advisersStrong written and verbal communication and the discipline to follow up and keep a pipeline currentProficiency with a CRM and comfort preparing pipeline and activity reportsGenuine interest in building a career in funds management
