Your expertise will influence project planning and ensure our bids reflect both accuracy and strategic value.Required Skills:Extensive experience in construction or related industries with a proven track record in estimating large-scale projectsStrong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical skills with keen attention to detailAbility to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsStrong communication and leadership abilities to liaise effectively with clients and project teamsSound understanding of safety standards and compliance regulationsNice to Have Skills:Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or PrimaveraKnowledge of sustainable or green building practicesPrior experience in project management or contract negotiationPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry or a similar fieldOther Requirements:Willingness to travel to project sites as neededRelevant certifications such as PEC or CMAA are a plus
