Key ResponsibilitiesOversee mechanical engineering across the full project lifecycle, from initial site assessments and equipment cost planning through to design development, construction support and project completion.Develop and coordinate HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, including technical drawings and engineering specifications.Support tender documentation, construction design,



value engineering and client approval processes.Review and coordinate consultant design packages to ensure technical compliance and alignment with project schedules.Provide on-site engineering support during commissioning, final inspections and as-built documentation reviews.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ years in electrical data centre (or mission critical) designProficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit)Knowledge of BMSFamiliarity with ASHRAE and local building codesStrong problem-solving, project management and communication skillsIf you're ready to take on a role in one of the most exciting and fast-growing sectors in construction, we want to hear from you!
