They are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to support underground operations, communications, monitoring, and incident management activities.What You Will Be DoingMonitoring and coordinating underground personnel and equipment movements across the mine siteMaintaining communication between underground crews, supervisors, and management teamsMonitoring environmental and operational systems and communicating issues as requiredMaintaining production records, shift reports, and operational documentationCoordinating resources and responding to operational disruptions and breakdown eventsSupporting emergency response activities and acting as the central communication point during incidentsProviding production updates and performance reporting to site leadership teamsAssisting in maintaining operational registers and site compliance documentationWhat You Will NeedPrevious experience as a Control Room Operator within an underground coal mining environmentCurrent Standard 11Current Coal Board MedicalWorking knowledge of underground coal mining operationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergency situationsProven ability to work effectively within a team environmentCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningWhat's in it for you?
